Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All watches listed on our website are ready for immediate dispatch and typically ship within one (1) business day upon receiving your order and after having the funds fully deposited into our bank account. We deliver all domestic orders through FedEx Priority Overnight shipping using a fully insured shipping label. PLEASE NOTE: Your watch must ship to the nearest Authorized Hold For Pickup FedEx location, to the purchaser's residential address. 

PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD

Orders paid through credit card will only be dispatched after the credit card issuer has authorized and settled the payment. Settlement generally occurs at 9:00pm EST on the same day for orders placed before 1:00pm EST. Such orders will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST are likely to be shipped the day after next. For security reasons, we only ship to the address associated with your credit card. If you wish to have your order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company to note this "alternative shipping address" in your account, which we will subsequently verify.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders submitted by 1:00pm EST from Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Fridays will usually be shipped on Tuesday. No orders are dispatched on weekends or holidays, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Products ordered together may be shipped separately.

PAYMENT VIA BANK WIRE

For orders paid via wire transfer, shipping will commence upon our bank's confirmation of the received funds. The deadline for such confirmations is 2:00pm EST. Note that we only accept wire transfers; ACH or other electronic transfers will not be accepted. Orders will be canceled if payment isn't received within two full business days after order placement.

PAYMENT VIA GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Orders paid through Google Checkout will be dispatched as soon as Google Merchant Services confirms and authorizes the payment. If approval is obtained by 2:00pm EST, the order will be shipped the same day; otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.

Additional Information

  • Please provide a street address for delivery as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, or U.S Territories/Provinces.
  • All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Standard overnight, insured, and will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • FedEx is our exclusive shipping carrier. We currently do not accept alternative shipping methods for orders through this website.

SALES AND USE TAX NOTICE

Many states have issued guidelines about purchases that may be subject to use tax when sales tax isn't charged. Common scenarios where you may owe use tax include:

  • Ordering from mail-order catalogs
  • Online purchases
  • Buying products in another state but having them shipped to your state of residence

If goods are shipped to you in your home state and sales tax isn't applied, you might be liable for use tax. Note, however, that not all online and mail-order purchases are subject to use tax. Consult your local taxing authority for clarification on whether use tax applies to your specific purchase.
