Ownership and Sale Confirmation: Watches remain the sole property of The Watch Trader and are not considered 'sold' until full payment has been received, cleared, and verified by our team.
Deposit Requirement: Certain timepieces in your cart require an upfront deposit. These watches will not be prepared for shipment until the complete payment is executed via wire transfer.
Balance Payment Due: Once the deposit is authenticated and cleared into our account, you will have 2 business days (48 hours) to complete your purchase. Should this not be met, we'll initiate a refund process for your deposit, typically taking between 5-7 business days.
Payment Extension: In certain circumstances and at our discretion, we may grant an extension to the payment period upon the request of the customer. Please contact our customer service for such considerations.
Refund Delays: If you experience a delay in receiving your deposit refund extending beyond 10 business days, we urge you to promptly reach out to our customer service team for resolution.

This might be due to various reasons, notably encompassing payment verification checks, concerns of transaction legitimacy, or associated security evaluations.
Force Majeure: External events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, acts of God, or governmental mandates, exempt The Watch Trader from any processing delays or failures linked to these events.
Policy Updates: At our discretion, we may modify the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time without prior intimation. Periodic reviews of our policies are recommended.
