The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller was introduced in 2012 as one of the brand’s most technically advanced models. Designed for travelers, it combines an annual calendar with a second time zone display. The date is shown through a conventional window, while the month is indicated discreetly via apertures positioned next to the hour markers. The second time zone is displayed on an off-centre 24-hour disc at 6 o’clock.
The fluted bezel plays a functional role, operating as part of Rolex’s Ring Command system, allowing the wearer to select and adjust the date, local time, or reference time through the crown.
